Welcome to Boscia African Farm.
By using our website, booking form, or any related services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking Requests
1.1 All bookings made through our website are requests only and are not binding. A booking is only confirmed once Boscia issues a written confirmation and receives the required deposit, Section 2. 
1.2 All communication, changes, and cancellations must be submitted in writing by email: info@boscia-farm.com or edward@boscia-farm.com
1.3. Guests are responsible for accurate information (names, dietary needs, travel details). Missing or incorrect information may affect service delivery.

2. Deposit, Payment & Confirmation
2.1 A 10% non-refundable deposit is due immediately upon booking confirmation to secure the reservation.
The remaining 90% is due 30 days before arrival.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required upon confirmation.
2.2 Payments may be made in Namibian Dollars (NAD) or Euros (EUR) by prior agreement. Any bank charges or currency conversion fees are for the payer’s account. 
2.3 Late or incomplete payments may result in cancellation as per Section 4.

3. Amendments & Postponements
3.1. Amendments and date changes are subject to availability.
3.2. If a requested change constitutes a shortened stay, a shift within the cancellation period, or rebooking of dates, cancellation fees according to Section 4 may apply. The original deposit remains non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy
The following fees apply to the full booking value:
More than 30 days: 10% (non-refundable deposit)
30–15 days: 25%
14–8 days: 50%
7–1 days: 90%
Less than 24 hours / No-show: 100%
4.1. Group bookings or partial cancellations follow the same structure and may affect room allocations.
4.2. Cancellations due to Force Majeure are handled under Section 7.

5. Children Policy
5.1. Boscia welcomes children of all ages; however, due to the natural environment, parental supervision is required at all times.
5.2. Children’s rates (subject to room type and availability):
• 0–6 years: stay free when sharing with two adults
• 7–12 years: 50% of the per-person nightly rate
• 13+ years: full adult rate
5.3. Certain activities carry minimum age restrictions for safety reasons.

6. Passport and Visa Requirements
6.1. Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, entry, and health requirements for travel to Namibia.
6.2. Boscia is not liable for denied entry or travel disruptions caused by incorrect or incomplete documentation. Guests unable to travel due to such issues are subject to the cancellation terms in Section 4.

7. Force Majeure
Neither Boscia nor the guest is liable for any failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, civil unrest). Boscia will attempt to reschedule the booking or apply credit where possible. Refunds cannot be guaranteed and depend on recoverable supplier costs.

8. Liability
Guests participate in all activities at Boscia African Farm at their own risk. Boscia is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during a guest’s stay, except in cases of gross negligence by Boscia or its staff. 

9. Data Protection
Boscia processes personal data in accordance with Namibian data-protection guidelines and uses it solely for fulfilling bookings and legal obligations. Information may be shared only with relevant service providers involved in delivering the confirmed stay.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These T&Cs and any bookings with Boscia are governed by Namibian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Windhoek, Namibia.

11. General
11.1. If any provision of these T&Cs is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. The invalid clause will be replaced with one closest in meaning and purpose.
11.2. Smoking is prohibited in rooms and enclosed indoor areas. Additional cleaning or restoration costs resulting from smoking may be charged.
11.3. Check-in is from 12-19:00 p.m., and check-out is by 12:00 a.m. Late check-outs, without notice, may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
11.4. Guests are required to respect and adhere to Boscia’s house rules and safety guidelines. These exist to protect our guests, staff, and the natural environment of the farm.
